I had always wanted to be an attorney, but it wasn't until I worked as a paralegal while in law school that I found my niche. I knew I didn't like the adversarial side of law. I wanted to help people, so in 2013, I started the Nicole Pavlik Law Firm.

Over the years, I've seen what happens when families don't have an estate plan in place — or when the plan isn't done well. It often leads to confusion, hurt feelings, and unnecessary conflict at a time that's already hard. My goal is to help you put clear plans in place now, so your loved ones are protected and your wishes are honored later.

As a small business owner myself, I also understand how overwhelming legal paperwork and terminology can be. I work with business owners to establish a solid legal foundation so they can focus on running their business rather than stressing over documents and fine print.

What sets my practice apart is how I work with clients. I work with you personally and meet with you one-on-one virtually, communicate with you directly, and make sure you always know what's happening with your plan. I don't charge for quick questions or nickel-and-dime for emails and phone calls. If you're my client, I'm here to help.
